Veterans, civic leaders and the general public living in the Ft. Myers area are invited to check out the new Lee County VA Healthcare Center at an open house today, Dec. 8, from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
In addition to touring the state-of-the-art facility, corner of Diplomat Parkway East and Corbett Road in Cape Coral, veterans can enroll for health care benefits.
The outpatient facility will open to veteran patients on Monday, December 17, 2012 and provide primary and specialty health care services to the Veterans of southwest Florida. It is only for outpatient care. There are no beds for overnight stays.
